Cecilia and Gabriele dreamed of a romantic and elegant wedding in a charming Abbey in Tuscania. A beautiful couple, deeply in love, united by their passion for travel—and for The Legend of Zelda. For those unfamiliar, The Legend of Zelda is a video game, and incorporating its world into the wedding moodboard was a true challenge. Including the Triforce symbol in every single detail of the wedding wasn’t easy.
The risk of slipping into a “birthday party” atmosphere was very real! But this was the theme they wanted for their experience, and it was wonderful to unleash all my creativity and see the final result come to life.
The Zelda theme accompanied us from beginning to end with elegance and style, becoming the fil rouge of the entire wedding. From the design of the invitations and menus, to the tableau de mariage, the floral photobooth that Cecilia requested for her Gabriele, and even the labels for the wedding favors—every element carried their vision. We worked carefully starting from the color palette and a romantic, floral graphic design, through to the countless details that recreated the atmosphere the couple had dreamed of.
The selection of vendors was also key, and in the end, the result was an event nothing short of extraordinarily unique—different from the ordinary, romantic, fairytale-like, and never banal.
